Meet your Young Hip & Married wedding officiant at your Fairmont Vancouver suite or nearby Iona Beach Park for a simple “gather and wed” style ceremony. This does not include an aisle walk, ceremony decor or set up.
Your Runway Elopement includes up to 10 guests. Note that the couple, vendors and children under 2 don’t count towards the guest limit.
If you’re eloping just the two of you, your photographer and a Fairmont employee can serve as your witnesses at no additional cost.
Your wedding officiant will provide a pre-written elopement script that will give you a short, but sweet, moment to solidify your marriage. You may also add your own vows. (Apx 5-10 minutes in length)
You’ll have access to your script before the ceremony and peace of mind knowing exactly what your officiant is going to be saying. No surprises on the big day!
Your elopement photographer will capture all of the best moments of your elopement experience and deliver 50+ fully-retouched high-resolution images in an online gallery within five weeks of your wedding date. Our licensed officiants will inform you of the legal requirements of your wedding, sign your marriage licence and register it with the appropriate governing body so you can be officially and legally wed.
Enjoy a one night stay in the beautiful, 1250 square foot Jade Suite at Fairmont Vancouver Airport, including access to the suite for your elopement ceremony. Your stay also includes one night of parking for one vehicle.
