Your Custom Ceremony Script
My name is Shawn, and I’m the founder and owner here at Young Hip & Married. I’ve been marrying couples and writing ceremonies for over a decade and I’m super excited to create that same ceremony magic for you!
With this package, I’ll work with you on creating an amazing wedding script – including interviews, edits, video calls and coaching – and someone else will perform it on your big day.
Your Love Story, Our Writing
I will craft a personalized ceremony for you based on your love story. I’ll gather information from you and your loved ones about your relationship, review the script with you on a video call, and allow you to make as many edits as needed.
To ensure everything goes smoothly on the big day, your script will include important instructions for the person performing your ceremony. You’ll receive a memorable, engaging and unique-to-you wedding experience (with the Young Hip & Married touch).
Just because we can’t officiate your ceremony in person doesn’t mean we can’t help you have the best wedding ceremony possible!

You’ll fill out my custom intake form so I can learn all about your love story and views on marriage. I can also interview some of your loved ones via email to get the inside scoop on your relationship.
With your love story and ideas for your ceremony in mind, I’ll craft a custom ceremony script that is completely unique and personalized to you two. It will honour your values, tell your story and only include the traditions that mean something to you.
You have the final say on every decision. You can make unlimited changes and edit requests to your script. We’ll stay in touch the whole time via email so that everyone is in the loop.
Once your ceremony is drafted, we’ll have a one hour video call to go through your script. This is your chance to ask questions, request changes and share feedback. I’m all ears!
The Custom Script package also grants you free access to The Vow Course, a 60 minute video vow writing course with my signature formula for writing heartfelt vows. In addition, I’m offering each of you a 30 minute video call to review your vows and give you feedback.
